When Mike and & Sam purchased their forever home house in Crewe, they could see the potential the in the house in terms of space. That’s why they hired Palcan Construction to design, manage and build their forever home project.
The project entailed submitting planning permission to Cheshire East which was granted in timely fashion thanks to our immaculate drawings and application and to the friendly next door neighbors who did not object to the application.
The property was transformed from a small house with two and a half bedrooms, only one dated upstairs bathroom and a pokey kitchen into a large house with four full-sized bedrooms, a spacious open plan kitchen/diner, new upstairs en-suite with shower room, modern upstairs bathroom, new downstairs toilet and a new utility room.
The project site works included full rewiring of the entire house, installing a three-phase consumer unit, and an electric boiler. The job was completed to the satisfaction of the clients who would not hesitate to recommend us.
